Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return, if 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, new, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (if applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your credit card company or bank. if you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at

Non-returnable items: Gift Cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items will be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at mkb.support@customerconveniencellc.com We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mkb.support@customerconveniencellc.com and send your item (if applicable) to the address our customer service will provide. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping
To return your item, you should send us an email at mkb.support@customerconveniencellc.com 

Return address details will be provided privately. Return shipping fees are not covered and must be paid by the customer, as items are shipped free (Economy shipping within the USA). You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
